Our intensive care unit is equipped with advanced technology, including Total Care beds, state-of-the-art critical care monitors and ventilators. Our advanced monitoring covers everything from intracranial pressure and BIS sedation monitors to cardiac performance, central venous oximetry, ECMO, and ultrasound for catheter placement. We also have intensive care beds, a mobile C-arm, multi-parameter monitors, Masimo monitors, feeding tubes, and drainage systems.
Our Human Intensive Care Program offers a complex medical environment with a compassionate and human-centered approach. We follow international standards that allow, according to the treating physician’s indications, for the patient to be accompanied by their family members as much as possible, with no visiting hour restrictions.
Our adult intensive care units are equipped to handle a wide variety of critical conditions. We have a negative pressure isolation room in Cozumel Hospital for patients with infectious diseases, and the Prisma Flex system provides dialysis for critically ill patients.
