COSTAMED Medical Group, always innovating, brings you a new service.

We like being near you even at a distance. For that, we have created our “Doctor at home” service. This service is given through Telemedicine by a general physician who is available to you and your family for medical advice.

This medical assistance has a duration of one hour. It can be done through smartphones, tablets, and computers from a weblink by joining a video chat with your physician from the comfort of home.

Requirements

To ensure the best service possible, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5MB internet speed.
  • An electronic device with a video camera and it can be a smartphone, a tablet, a computer, or a laptop.
  • An e-mail and a phone number with WhatsApp so that we can keep in touch with you.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer. Through your online bank account, you can register our CLABE to make the payment. The receipt will be a screenshot of your payment.
  • PayPal. You can click on the following link and make your payment through Paypal.
  • Deposit at convenience stores. With our account number, you can deposit at Seven-Eleven.

Restrictions

  • This service is a medical assessment and not a medical consult since we cannot do a physical check-up of the patient.
  • According to the guidelines of COFEPRIS, if the doctor considers that the patient needs medication and supplies* and a written and signed prescription, it needs to be physically picked up at Costamed.

The medicine and supplies prescribed in this modality do not include psychotropics, narcotic drugs, or antibiotics.

  • Medical assessments will be recorded at all times; this is to protect our patients and physicians. We will request consent from you at the beginning of the assessment.
  • You need to pay for this service before you meet with the doctor. You can call us for more details at 800 900 1133 .
  • If for any reason, you missed your appointment and need to reschedule, you can call us at 800 900 1133  to make another appointment. You can only reschedule your original appointment once if you miss that appointment again, we will cancel your appointment without the possibility of reimbursement.
  • The price of the medical assessment is subject to additional commission depending on your payment method (ex.: Paypal).
  • Remember, our service is available monday to saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm If we receive a payment after 8:00 pm, it will be scheduled the next working day

If the physician considers that a physical assessment is necessary, they will let you know so that you can visit one of our hospitals. The amount you already paid will be discounted in  the new consultation.

To make your appointment, it is essential that you pay first and then notify us by sending your receipt. You can send your receipt to the following e-mail: medicoentuhogar@costamed.com.mx, or send us a WhatsApp message at 987 873 88 09. 

We guarantee that we will schedule your appointment within a maximum of one hour after your payment confirmation.
