General Information

1. You can review the terms and conditions at any time here
2. My Costamed Membership is valid at any of our locations: Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Mahahual, Puerto Morelos, and Cancun, subject to the availability of services at each location.
3. My Costamed Membership is valid for 12 months from activation.
4. My Costamed Membership is non-transferable, exclusive to the member and/or registered beneficiaries, and benefits can be accessed by presenting the digital membership along with an official ID.
